This project was a proposal for a renewed content management system for POSpulse, a start-up in Berlin. Working with the team was very enjoyable and a great environment for user experience and interfacing. There were many different elements to this dashboard and all were highly detailed.

We assessed the current CMS system to find out what the needs of the wider team were and where their pain-points lay. Created potential wireframes and questioned the team on the userability of the interface. We then reformatted the back-end so that it was easily understandable and provided necessary information in bite sized formats.

Consistent testing enabled us to find out if there were features that weren’t functioning as initially intended and we were able to come up with informative or alternative solutions that were easily adaptable.
